Service management Architect
For an International compagny, we look for a Service Management Architect. You will assume the responsability to provide overall solution to the service management design and process for large projects and outsourcing projects.
Experience/qualifications :
- Free to travel in Europe
- Experience of service management in a multinational organization
- Experience as customer service Manager or in operations Manager
- Sound commercial experience, ability to balance cost versus quality issues as seen from customer viewpoint
- Ability to prepare pragmatic and sound proposals in a logical format
- Knowledge of ITIL or other standards would be a big plus
- Experience of meeting tight deadlines
- Experience of process and organization design
- Ability to build relationship with customers
- Ability to view and analyse service management from Customer’s current and future outsourced mode of operation
- Fluent english (writing and presentation skills) and French
