Regional Manager
For a fast growing international company in Geneva, we are looking for a dynamic Regional Manager. Reporting directly to the founder and international CEO, the chosen candidate will provide leadership to position the company at the forefront of the industry in Switzerland.
Responsibilities include:
·Managing the daily operation of the company
·Handling P&L responsibility and analysis
·Implementing Marketing and Sales strategies to achieve performance target, promoting the company throughout Marketing and PR operations
·Monitoring operational/professional and retail inventory levels
·Maintaining and developing exquisite guest relations, meeting and greeting clients, ensuring 5-star guest service, monitoring client satisfaction and reporting on findings, dealing with customer requests, complaints and comments
·Supervising the development and maintenance of client database
·Managing all employees, administering and monitoring staff scheduling procedures, supervising compliance of all service staff with state and local regulations
·Adhering to all Standard Operating Procedures
Required qualifications & experience:
·Minimum seven years 4-5 star hotel management experience OR minimum 5 years experience in a leadership role for a large division or company in the luxury goods industry ( high-end cosmetics is a plus)
·Masters degree in Business Management, Hotel Management or Hospitality Management
·Demonstrated leadership skills, strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
·Successful past experience in Sales, Marketing and customer service
·Proven track record in developing and maintaining excellent client relations
·Strong administrative and managerial abilities, experience in financial / accounting analysis
·Full knowledge of Swiss labor laws in Geneva

Important additional information:
·Valid passport / work permit required, ability to legally work in Europe (a plus)
·Candidate should be willing to work overtime and weekend as needed
